Challenges

AI-enabled Security

As we move our businesses to the cloud, we need to work smarter, as security data is spread across cloud and on-premises environments, exposing gaps and vulnerabilities. Accordingly, we need AI-enabled approaches for security to help organizations gain deeper insights, mitigate risks and accelerate the response. With an open security platform that can advance an organization's zero-trust strategy, you can use your existing investments while leaving your data where it is — helping your team become more efficient and collaborative. Accordingly, security and risk management (SRM) leaders are being driven to reduce technology complexity, essentially being tasked to "do more with less". To accomplish this, as well as to keep up with the ever-changing threat landscape, organizations are working towards adopting consolidated AI-enabled security platforms.

The challenges in this hackathon will focus on novel applications of AI in security, from machine learning and data analytics to cognitive assistants. The goal is to leverage AI to stay ahead of threats and learn how to respond w/ greater confidence and speed.
